Our Services

The Lux Loo Co. provides luxury restroom trailer rentals for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, festivals, construction projects, and other gatherings.

All rentals are subject to availability. Specific services, rental periods, pricing, delivery arrangements, and other details will be outlined in the rental agreement provided for each booking.

Reservations & Payments

A rental date is not considered officially reserved until the required deposit has been received and the rental agreement has been completed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment requirements, deposits, balances, due dates, and any applicable fees will be outlined in your rental agreement or invoice.

We accept the payment methods made available at the time of booking. Payments that are not received by the applicable due date may result in additional fees, changes to the reservation, or cancellation of the rental, as outlined in the rental agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms, deposit requirements, and refund eligibility are determined by the rental agreement associated with your reservation.

Because each reservation involves scheduling, transportation, preparation, and reserving equipment specifically for your event, cancellation policies may apply.

Please review your rental agreement carefully for the cancellation and refund terms that apply to your specific booking.

Rental Requirements & Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event location, rental dates, expected guest count, and any information necessary for proper delivery and setup.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the intended setup area is accessible and suitable for the restroom trailer. Any required access to water, electricity, parking areas, driveways, or other property features should be communicated to The Lux Loo Co. before the rental.

The customer is responsible for the actions of their guests and anyone else using the restroom trailer during the rental period.

Proper Use of the Trailer

The restroom trailer must be used only for its intended purpose and in a reasonable manner.

Customers and guests may not intentionally damage, misuse, modify, move, or interfere with the trailer or its equipment.

Any damage beyond ordinary wear and tear caused by the customer, guests, vendors, or other individuals associated with the event may result in additional charges for repair, replacement, cleaning, or other related costs.

Customers are responsible for notifying The Lux Loo Co. as soon as possible if there is an issue with the trailer during the rental period.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

The Lux Loo Co. will coordinate delivery and pickup according to the schedule established in the rental agreement.

Delivery and pickup times may vary based on the event schedule, location, access, traffic, weather, and other circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring that our team has reasonable access to the agreed-upon setup and pickup location.

If site conditions, access limitations, weather, or other circumstances prevent safe delivery, setup, or pickup, we may need to adjust the service schedule or make alternative arrangements.

Water & Electrical Requirements

Depending on the rental arrangement, the trailer may require access to an appropriate electrical outlet and water source within the specified distance of the setup location.

If the required hookups are unavailable, The Lux Loo Co. may be able to provide alternative options, such as a generator or water tank fill, for an additional fee.

Any additional services or equipment will be discussed and approved with the customer before being added to the reservation.

Service Interruptions & Unforeseen Circumstances

We make every reasonable effort to provide reliable service and keep the trailer operating properly throughout the rental period.

However, circumstances outside our reasonable control—including severe weather, transportation issues, utility interruptions, equipment failure, property access issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen events—may affect our ability to provide services as originally scheduled.

If an unexpected issue occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and determine an appropriate solution.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Lux Loo Co., LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to the use of our website or rental services.

To the extent permitted by law, The Lux Loo Co.'s total liability relating to a rental or service will not exceed the amount actually paid to The Lux Loo Co. for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content appearing on The Lux Loo Co. website—including photographs, graphics, logos, written content, branding, designs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to The Lux Loo Co., LLC unless otherwise stated.
